Merv Blank, Owner
Forty years ago, I set out to create a company that upheld the highest values and provided the best quality in heating and cooling systems. Having built such a company and subsequently selling it with my name attached to it in the year 2000, the high standards and quality of work my former company had become known for, suffered tremendously. After receiving negative feedback from former customers who thought I was still part of the new company, I decided to open a new company that would once again carry on my beliefs – a company that provides distinctive products and services that would far surpass our customers’ expectations.
In 2007, I brought together a team of professionals and created Air Professional Associates LLC located in North Salem, NY. Our goal is to provide all of the heating and air conditioning services you may require at the highest level of quality seen in this industry. We offer a vast range of knowledge and experience in the design, installation products and services of heating, ventilating and air conditioning for residential and commercial applications.
I would now like to introduce several members of the Air Professional Associates team.
Justin Pfeifer, Vice President of Operations
A well-seasoned professional with more than 15 years of diversified experience in the heating and air conditioning field, Justin has proven himself as a leader and is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all field operations. His vast knowledge and experience in all phases of heating and air conditioning has made him an integral part of the development and implementation of our growing service business.
Carlo Nero, Chief Financial Officer
Carlo is responsible for the financial integrity of the company and plays a key role in developing and managing the company’s Financial, Accounting, Human Resources, and Compliance Departments. He is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial statements, cash flow management, and projections. Carlo is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Iona College with over 15 years of experience in the industry and over 20 years of accounting and management experience.
Bill Martabano, Residential In-Home Comfort Advisor
Bill heads up our residential sales department. With more than 10 years of experience as both an installer and technician, he has a keen eye for solving home comfort issues using a wide variety of products to improve the indoor climate of your home. Let Bill’s hands-on experience help you choose the right heating, cooling, and indoor air quality products to fit your home comfort needs.
